The Alabama Collective, in collaboration with Ey3 Technologies, has successfully completed its virtual Agile Project Management (PSM I) training program, equipping a new wave of professionals with the skills to lead projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Titled “Agile Project Management (PSM I),” the intensive 16-hour program took place over three sessions and drew participants from across the state, including students, job seekers, and career changers eager to strengthen their project management expertise. The course prepared participants to earn the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification.
Led by experienced Agile practitioners from Ey3 Technologies, the course featured hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world Scrum projects designed to help participants confidently apply Agile principles and lead collaborative teams.
