Advance Your Project Leadership Skills: Agile & Scrum Training Returns This November
The Alabama Collective, in partnership with Ey3 Technologies, is excited to open a new November session of our Agile & Scrum Training (PSM I) — a virtual program designed to build practical project leadership skills and meet the growing workforce demand for Agile‑ready talent.
After a successful first cohort, we’re continuing this training to give more learners access to the tools, strategies, and real-world experience needed to support modern project teams. Agile has become a standard across technology, business, operations, and innovation roles, and organizations are actively seeking individuals who understand how to help teams work efficiently and deliver value.
This upcoming cohort provides a hands-on, fast-paced learning experience that covers Agile principles, Scrum workflows, team collaboration, and the skills required to pursue the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification — no prior experience needed.
Whether you’re an HBCU student, faculty/staff member, or recent alum looking to strengthen your project management capabilities, transition into tech-adjacent roles, or simply gain a competitive edge, this training offers a clear pathway to building in-demand, employer-valued skills.

This 16-hour training includes:
- Hands-on Agile & Scrum exercises
- Real-world team simulations
- Mentorship from certified Scrum professionals
- Step-by-step preparation for the PSM I exam
By the end of the program, participants will be ready to sit for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification for FREE at the end of the course.
The Professional Scrum Master I (PSM is a globally respected credential that can support careers in project management, team coordination, technical operations, and Agile leadership.
Who’s Eligible?
This training is open to HBCU students, faculty/staff, and recent alumni (within the last 3 years).
Important:
✔ Only 15 seats available
✔ Full attendance is required
✔ Must take the certification exam within 10 days of completing the training
